From One Scorpio to Another- HBD to The Paige Desorbo

There are certain women who make you root for them like you’ve known them forever. Paige DeSorbo is that girl. The one who made ambition look cozy and turned her cat into a brand mascot before most of us had figured out how to use a ring light.

Since leaving Summer House, she’s been quietly, yet publicly- becoming her. Watching her flourish through Giggly Squad, move into the dream apartment she used to walk past and manifest, and build a career that’s equal parts talking with her best friend, fashion takes, amazon segments, and turning bed rot into an empire.

It’s everything I aspire to be and I just wanted to make a little appreciation post to her, to thank her for creating a path for us fashion girlies that love to relish in our at-home beauty rituals. You can feel the gratitude in everything she posts. The glow-up isn’t just aesthetic; it’s emotional evolution in real time.

There’s a difference between dressing well and dressing like you know yourself. Paige Desorbo does the latter. Since leaving Summer House, She’s built a brand around ease- not laziness, but the kind of refinement that comes from knowing what works.

This isn’t the “get her look” edit. It’s a masterclass in subtle confidence- a reminder that the details make the woman.

So in honor of her birthday, here’s a little fashion-meets-life manual inspired by Paige.

1. Comfort is a career move.
Paige didn’t just wear pajamas; she weaponized them. She built a business in bed and we are so obsessed with how effortless she made it look. The takeaway? Don’t confuse softness with stillness. A silky set, a strong vision, and a Wi-Fi signal can change your life.

2. Make one thing memorable.

Here’s your move: take what everyone else is wearing- the tank, the jeans, the white sneakers and elevate it with one standout piece. Maybe it’s a fish-shaped clutch? Maybe it’s a unique faux fur coat? The trick isn’t to match everything; it’s to make one piece so good it puts a spice on whatever everyone else would be wearing.

It’s a reminder that great style isn’t about more- it’s about editing until the outfit feels personal.

3. Prioritize fit over price.

Paige could make a $40 pair of jeans look like designer because she understands proportion. The cropped blazer that hits at the perfect spot, the straight-leg pant that grazes the ankle, the way she tucks a shirt so it looks like it was made for her. It’s not about how much something costs- it’s how precisely it fits.

That’s what gives her looks that quiet luxury feel. Because true style isn’t about showing off; it’s about knowing what flatters you so well, it almost looks accidental.

4. Getting ready is the ritual.

When it comes to beauty, Paige doesn’t play. If you’ve ever listened to Giggly Squad, you know she treats her Sunday routine like a sacred appointment- hair slicked, scalp oiled, mask on, robe tied. It’s not vanity; it’s structure. She’s the kind of Type A girl who will be ten minutes early to her own self-care, and I weirdly love that about her.

While I’m more of a Type B “we’ll see what happens” beauty girl, I can’t help but respect her discipline. Every serum, every blow-dry, every planned outfit feels like part of her foundation- not in the makeup sense, but in the I take myself seriously sense.

And lately, watching her and Hannah step it up- putting in worrrrk presenting us with outfits on the pod, bringing full-on looks to their live shows, leaning into fashion as part of the brand- it just makes sense. Of course they’d do that. Giggly Squad was never just about being funny; it was about building something real and Paige leaning into her true fashion-take professor mode just makes sense (and I’m so here for it).

5. Style Is a Mirror

The best kind of style doesn’t stay the same- it grows with you. And that’s what’s been so fun to watch with Paige. Her wardrobe has matured without losing its spark. The oversized blazer still makes an appearance, but now it’s paired with quieter palettes, sharper tailoring, and a sense of ease that only comes from knowing yourself. She’s no longer dressing to prove a point- she’s dressing to feel aligned.

You can sense the shift-less “what’s trending,” more “what feels right.” The hair, the heels, the accessories- they’ve all evolved with her. There’s a grounded confidence to the way she shows up now, like her closet finally caught up to the woman she’s become. Because when your life starts to feel right, your clothes naturally follow.

And I have to say it: I’m 100% a giggler. Watching Giggly Squad every week feels like catching up with friends who remind you that self-growth doesn’t have to come at the expense of fun. Hannah has been stepping into her own fashion era- experimenting, taking risks, and looking absolutely stunning- while Paige has found the freedom to let go a little, to get silly, to toot mid-episode if she wants to and not care.

It’s rare to see two women bring out that balance in each other-  the creative and the composed, the chaos and the calm. That’s what makes Giggly Squad so magnetic. It’s not just about the laughs or the outfits. It’s about watching two best friends evolve; side by side- in real time.

Because at the end of the day, style is just the surface. What makes it powerful is when it mirrors a woman who’s comfortable enough to grow, and confident enough to laugh through it.

Love always,
Jennie
