Alexander Wang’s Fall 2025 Ready-to-Wear: Oversized Chic & Hallie’s Cool-Girl Stamp of Approval

POV: I’m sitting on my couch, oversized latte in hand, watching the return of Alexander Wang unfold on my TV like I somehow scored a front-row invite. The Fall 2025 Ready-to-Wear show wasn’t just another collection- it was Wang’s comeback moment, his twenty-year anniversary, and a reminder of why he became the king of downtown cool in the first place.

The theme? The Matriarch. Oversized trenches, quilted layers, and utility details marched down the runway like cozy armor. Think proportions so big they practically swallowed the models whole, yet somehow it all felt sharp, intentional, and deeply Wang. This wasn’t about being sloppy- it was about rewriting what power dressing looks like.

And then there was Hallie Batchelder, sitting front row, embodying the vibe to perfection. Her leather jacket, slouchy trousers, and effortless styling looked like they could’ve stepped right off the runway. That’s the thing about oversized chic- it only works when you wear it with confidence, when you lean into the space you take up instead of apologizing for it. Hallie nailed it.

Watching from home, I couldn’t help but smirk. Oversized has officially graduated from lazy Sunday to front-row uniform, and Wang just stamped it back into the fashion dictionary.

So, yes- Wang is back. The oversized agenda is in full swing. And if you catch me in an XXL trench this fall, just know I’m not sloppy. I’m cozy, chic, and maybe a little bit Alexander Wang from my living room.

Toodles XX,

Jennie
